Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter Stick
- 2 tablespoons Green Tomato Chile Sauce (Salsa Verde)
- 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 1/2 small Onion
- 5 cups Swiss Chard
Directions:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
- Add diced white onion; cook 5 minutes, until onion is softened. Stir in salsa; cook 3 minutes more. Mix in cream. Add coasely chopped chard and stir to coat.
- Cover and cook 5 minutes, just until chard is wilted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
