Coconut Almond Cacao Fat Bombs

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
  • 4 tablespoons ARTISANA COCONUT BUTTER
  • 3 3/4 grams Whey Protein Concentrate (30g=1/3 cup)
  • 2 teaspoons Cacao Nibs
  • 1/16 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)

Directions:

Ingredient Notes: Two teaspoons whey protein concentrate is equivalent to 3.75 grams.
  1. Warm coconut butter to spreadable consistency and dice any large cacao nibs if needed.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed and evenly distributed. Cool mix in refrigerator for 10 minutes, or until firm enough to roll into balls.
  3. Measure a scant tablespoon of mixture, form into a ball, and place on a plate or in an air tight container. Repeat for all the mixture to make about 10 balls. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before eating. Keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days. One ball is one serving.
