Blueberry Almond Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop (1 scoop= 31 g) Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk Beverage, plain, unsweetened
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
  • 1/3 cup Blueberries, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Almond Butter

Directions:

Blend all ingredients until very smooth.  Pour over or blend with1/2 cup of ice and enjoy.
Note that any sugar-free milk such as almond, soy or cashew may be sustituted for the coconut.
