Keto Avocado Gazpacho Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 fruit without skin and seed California Avocado
  • 1 ounce Goat Cheese (Soft)
  • 1 cup Tap Water
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Heavy Cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons chopped Chives

Directions:

  1. Place cut-up avocado in a blender. Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. If needed, add additional water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to reach desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a tall glass, and garnish with chives and a reserved slice of avocado, if desired. Serve immediately.
